On his tours you will visit 2 cheese shops and learn how to spot the best cheeses and how to make a perfect cheese board. He'll buy cheeses for his tasting and can also help you to choose cheeses to take home. The tasting is held in a unique wine shop - it only stocks Dutch Wine! Michael will then serve the cheeses and explain why they all look, smell and taste different. You'll also learn how the cheeses are made and the history of them. He also has many interesting anecdotes to share about Amsterdam and his world of cheese!
