On The Tour you will learn all sorts of things about PEI's History as well its Food and the History of its different foods and why each Dish is important to Islanders. You will sample some of PEI's well known Dishes from some of its Best Restaurants. At the end of the Tour you will be "shuck in" and become an honorary Islander.
