The atmosphere is intentionally slow and social, more like being welcomed as a guest at a dinner table than attending a class. Everything happens in Cimiano, a quiet residential neighbourhood away from tourist areas, offering a more authentic side of Milan most visitors never see. It’s not about learning techniques — it’s about living an evening the Italian way: around a table, with good food, wine, and conversation.
