4 hours tour "The Best of Berlin"
I am one of the longest working and most experienced jewish Berlin guides. Already in 1987 I came to live in Berlin as an Alumni of the Film & Television department of the Tel Aviv university. 20 years ago I started guiding friends and family and kept the personal touch while becoming highly professional about the Jewish history, German history and the history of Berlin. Those 20 years also gave me the experience to customize your tour itinerary to fit your interests exactly. I know every corner, street, building, place in the jewish quarters and I have detailed historical and cultural knowledge for all of them and on top of that also many intricate stories about individuals or their families that lived in Berlin. My tours are given most of the time with my black van, it has enough space to fit 6 clients and is still quite roomy and comfortable when full. If you wish and the weather permits it, we can do also walking tours.

Private Berlin Top Historical Sites Tour with Black Van
After meeting at your hotel this private Berlin tour starts at the majestic Reichstag building, which has long stood at the centre of German history. From there, explore the sprawling Pariser Platz and the famous Brandenburg Gate — once a symbol of German division, now a national symbol of peace and unity. Next, head to the emotional Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe before walking past the almost-forgotten, unmarked site of Hitler’s bunker. Follow along a preserved section of the Wall to reach the Topography of Terror museum. No visit to Berlin is complete without a visit to Checkpoint Charlie, of course — the best-known crossing point between East and West Berlin during the Cold War. You’ll then head over to the Gendarmenmarkt, the most beautiful square in Berlin, and along Bebelplatz, past the Nazi book burning memorial and the restored State Opera. Finally finish up at Museum Island, one of the most important museum sites in Europe.

Private Taxi Tour of City East History and Architecture 2-3h
The special thing is that you will be driven around in your own comfort SUV by a local guide who has lived in Berlin for over 20 years. The personal touch, lots of information and anecdotes are guaranteed! You can also determine what interests you more individually, where you would like to drop out or what you would simply like to leave out! This is the big difference to the bus tour; Quite apart from the fact that it cannot stop everywhere and each stop takes a lot of time. In addition, you have the opportunity to see the whole of City East here, and not just a very small section of it, as is the case on tours. Berlin is very spread out, has many other centers in addition to these two, and depending on interest we can take a short walk at the Brandenburg Gate or at Checkpoint Charlie. And enjoy the luxury of being picked up personally from your accommodation in the S-Bahn ring. And all in a real Berlin luxury taxi SUV!
