This beautiful ride starts from the municipality of Salento Quindío, in this case in the office Cocoratours (below you find the location) is a tour approximately 2 hours 30 minutes (it all depends on the pace of the ride) you pass by the best natural viewpoints of Salento in the middle of forest by the national road with the possibility of seeing different types of birds on the way, you continue along the road on land until you reach the sestillal estate where you will pay an access (included) to be able to walk through the estate to the waterfall. If you have already taken this tour, you can opt for an alternative tour through the private area, which will take you to the heart of the palms. The tour begins in Salento, where you will take a transport to the starting point. The journey begins with a small climb that allows you to appreciate the local crops and nearby farms, with time to rest. Then, you will continue along a path that crosses the Lumbre forest until you reach the impressive Carelia or Patasola waterfall, where you can take photos from the platforms. Although it is not possible to swim in the waterfall, it offers spectacular views to immortalize in images.
