Early Trip to Montserrat with hiking, abbey, very small group
Discover the only trip that arrives at 7:30h in Montserrat. We will set off from Barcelona by van for 7 customers from 6:15h till 6:45h from different pick up points or at your hotel or near by if it's in Eixample area. First we will visit the Abbey and the Black Madonna and we won't be faced with lines to see this fantastic piece of art from the XIIth century. After that, you'll have almost one hour free time till 9:20h. During your free time you can have breakfast, stay inside the Abbey during more time, etc At 9:20h we will go with the van during 15 minutes to another place in Montserrat to do a hiking tour. You'll have two options: -We will walk 5,86km / 3,64ml with a positive and negative slope of 246m / 807feet. -We will walk 6,09km / 3,78ml with a positive slope of 200m / 656 feet. We will walk all the time in the path forest (no stairs and not paved path). There won't be any tourists in there, only local people. At 12:40h we’ll go back to Barcelona to arrive at 13:30h

Montserrat Hiking Experience & Monastery – Small Group (Max 8)
Montserrat Natural Park is located 50 kms away from Barcelona. We get there enjoying the amazing and UNIque views from our fully equipped private transportation. The first place we will visit in Montserrat’s Natural Park is its Benedictine Monastery, first built on the 11th century and home to Catalonia’s Patroness Saint, The Black Madonna of Montserrat which is a strong symbol of spirituality and unity for the local people. Once we have visited the Monastery area, we hike up to the top, from where we will enjoy the breath-taking views of the Natural Park and most of the territory. During the hike we walk on the same paths used by pilgrims hundreds of years ago, we will get inspired by Montserrat’s fascinating flora and fauna and we will also hike on UNIque ways where rocky pillars and ravines show us how inner mysterious water emerge from the hidden and undiscovered very center of the massif. Back down in the Monastery, we have some free time before we head back to Barcelona.

We will leave Barcelona in a van for 7 people between 6 : 15 and 6 : 45 from different collection points. First we will visit the abbey and the Brunette, and we will not have to queue to see this fantastic 12th century artwork. Then you'll have free time until 9:20. During your free time, you can have breakfast, stay inside the abbey longer, etc. At 9:20 h, we will go with the van for 15 minutes to another place in Montserrat to do a hiking trail. If you do the route with me, we will do a course of 5.85km / 3.60ml with a gradient of 277m / 908feet. We will walk all the time along the forest path (no stairs and no paved path). At 12:30 am, after visiting a coffee shop, we will return to Barcelona to arrive at 13:30 am
