Hi! I'm Kevin, born and raised in Chicago, and I've been living in Strasbourg since 2020. I love sharing my adopted home with travelers who enjoy a mix of culture, history, humor, and authenticity! In this “Welcome to Strasbourg!” walking tour, we will visit many highlights of sights and life in the city. We will marvel in the beauty of Strasbourg’s iconic cathedral, stroll through Petite France, Strasbourg’s most picturesque neighborhood, followed by the city's most important squares. Along the way, I will also be pointing you towards other things to explore for the rest of your stay! This is a relaxed, friendly walking tour. Rather than a history lecture, it’s more like a walk with a friend with fun facts, local stories, and excellent food recommendations to share! Whether you're here for a day or a week, I'll make sure that Strasbourg feels a little more familiar :) Please note: - we will not be entering inside the cathedral during the tour - the tour is conducted in English

Immersive cellar visit and gourmet wine - tea time around wine
The tasting begins at the cellar. This is followed by the screening of an explanatory video on the development of Alsace wines (suitable for children). Then we will visit the cellar, its wooden barrels more than 100 years old and you will discover our family history through a scenographic space with immersive video 180° projected on barrels: unique in France. Presentation of the barrel of the 1900 Universal Exhibition. Then we continue the tasting in our tea room area around a "gourmet wine": several glasses in accord with sweet and savoury delicacies: cheese, cold cuts, and various sweets You can also not register the children and they will choose a snack on site! Wine tour, tasting and Christmas meal
Tasting begins in the wine space, followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). Then we'll visit the cellar, dating back to 1850, with its century-old wooden barrels and scenographic space. You'll discover our rich family history and our work philosophy through an immersive video, the only one of its kind in France. The experience is projected onto 180° oak barrels in the cellar, with a soundtrack that allows the public to become totally immersed in our story. We end the tasting in our new immersive tasting and dining room, with a wine to accompany each course. You'll leave with a small bottle of our house mulled wine and a piece of Alsatian gingerbread.
