In the historical site of the Academy, an XVIII-century apartment, we propose our guests the best local products. We usually introduce the world of Evo, cultivars, health benefits and then we move on to make an extra virgin olive oil tasting of 4 or 6 Evos. Extra virgin olive oil tasting is followed by wine tasting and a light lunch or dinner to appreciate traditional Tuscan cooking. I am Simone Vergamini, "Best Sommelier of Tuscany 2023", 3rd place at the Best Sommelier of Italy 2018, 2021 and 2022, and it will be a pleasure to accompany you to discover the best wineries. During the journeys I will tell you the history of the area and its traditions, the vines and the peculiarities of the area. We will visit 2 splendid wineries representative of the Chianti Classico territory and, after touching the vineyards and visiting the cellars, we will taste the wines produced. We will have lunch at a beautiful winery in Panzano in Chianti (FI, after visiting the vineyards and cellars, then in the afternoon we will move to Radda Chianti (SI) or Barberino Val d'Elsa (FI) depending on availability.
